Pavlo is a technology entrepreneur, Founder of Spacebit and CEO of BlockVerify. Previously he was the CEO and co-founder at Monexy payment system which he successfully sold.

He holds MPhil in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge Business School (Cambridge-MIT Institute) and Certificate in General Management from Stanford University. Pavlo was Editor-In-Chief of Information Systems Journal at the London School of Economics. He is active as a researcher on blockchain technology and its social implications.

He presented his work at a number of major international conferences including World Economic Forum in Switzerland.

Ralph has been a board level investment banker, seasoned derivatives trader on Wall Street and in many Asian financial centers.

Currently, he is a venture investor and advisor in many Blockchain technology-based Fintech and Proptech companies through the California based incubator company Advanced e-Financial Technologies, Inc. (AeFT).

He was formerly the Managing Director of JP Morgan Chase in Hong Kong, Vice President of UBS in Singapore after starting his career with Morgan Stanley in New York. His last corporate role was as the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of China Everbright Bank in Beijing.

In between, Ralph also built and ran a successful Singapore-based derivatives trading, risk management and banking system Fintech company in the 90’s called ARMS (Advanced Risk Management Solutions) which provided services over 26 countries covering from Asia, the Middle East to Eastern and Central Europe. From March 2009 to May 2011, Mr. Eaglstein led FXCM Systems, LLC as its Chief Information Officer where he successfully provided white label and software development solutions to FXCM and on behalf for FXCM, one of the largest forex broker-dealers in the world. From January 2007 to March 2011, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer for Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation developed, marketed and distributed high-performance proprietary trading software for financial companies that engage in online forex trading. From January 2007 to Feb 2009, Mr. Eaglstein was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Traders Development COO Traders Development, LLC a financial software company, based in Irvine, California. Early in his career, Mr. Eaglstein co-founded Campus Universe an online consignment shop for students to buy and sell textbooks from each other via a fully automated e-commerce website which won the Golden Web Award.
